DESCRIPTION:On behalf of The Chicago Lighthouse\, the oldest social service agency in Chicago\, I want to invite you to participate in our 2nd Annual Mike Ditka Charity Golf Tournament being held on July 14\, 2014 at the North Shore Country Club in Glenview\, home of the 2013 and 2014 PGA Encompass Championship Tour.\n\n \n\nAll proceeds from the event will be used to support vital clinical\, rehabilitative\, employment and educational services to our clients serviced out of our Chicago Lighthouse North facility located in Glenview. \n\n \n\nThe Mike Ditka Charity Golf Tournament is our largest fundraiser specifically for our Glenview facility\, which opened its doors in 2012 to bring the world-class programs and services of The Chicago Lighthouse to people in the north and northwest suburbs who are blind or visually impaired. \n\n \n\nYour charitable contribution in the form of sponsorship\, underwriting\, and/or golfer registration\, will help Lighthouse North continue to offer a state-of-the-art vision care clinic\; a Tools for Living  retail store offering the latest in adaptive technology and independent living aids\; and an array of enrichment programs for people of all ages with vision disabilities.
