DESCRIPTION:The Talk of the Town is the Taste of the Town\n\n\n\n    Ever wonder where 350 of your friends and neighbors go on an otherwise unremarkable Thursday night in April? \n\n            They're all at Bites & Brews\, a five-year tradition that offers conversation\, live music\, and tastes of every type: sweet\, succulent\, piquant\, fizzy\, fiery\, cheesy\, chewy\, and tangy\, plus heart-warming wines and crisp ales that speak of summer days to come. \n\n            At this free-range celebration\, guests sample a huge variety of beers (provided by Joseph Mullarkey Distributors\, Granite City and 1090 Brewing Co.) and the best food in the region\, hailing from all sorts of traditions\, including Greek\, Italian\, Irish\, and Japanese. Again this year: wine tasting\, a perfect companion for more than 30 food offerings. \n\n         It's all happening on Thursday\, April 27th\, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.\, at The Glen Club\, 2901 W Lake Ave in Glenview.  Tickets are $25 for Chamber Members and $35 for non-members and at the door.          \n\n            As a community event organized by the Chamber\, Bites & Brews is supported by local sponsors\, Glenview Bank and Trust\, Northview Bank & Trust with help from Joseph Mullarkey Distributors\, Heinen's and the Glen Club.
