DESCRIPTION:The Glenview Chamber invites you to participate in selecting a Business Person and Business of the Year for 2018.  The nominees will be reviewed by the Chamber's Executive Board.  The deadline for applications is Saturday\, December 1st 2018.  Please email to betsy@glenviewchamber.com or mail to Glenview Chamber\, 2222 Chestnut\, Suite 100\, Glenview 60026 or fax 847.724.0202\n\n \n\nDesigned to recognize one business and/or one person who have made a significant impact on the Glenview Community.  These awards showcase the people  and businesses that keep Glenview strong and vibrant.  The following represents the criteria set by the selection committee for choosing the recipient.\n\n\n\nCriteria\n\n  It is recommended that the company or individual be a Chamber member for at least two years.  \n\n  Achievements should have a positive effect on the quality of life with Glenview\n\n  Involvement in community service through business\, civic\, philanthropic affiliation or support.\n\n  Demonstrated dedication to providing excellent service and/or merchandise.\n\n\n\nA brief written statement must be included addressing the above criteria and detailing the Company or person's past accomplishments and their dedication to service and or merchandise.\n\n\n\nClick here to download the form.
