DESCRIPTION:The Glenview Park District is proud to present the \n\ninaugural Flight Fest being held at Gallery Park (Patriot and Navy Blvds.) on Saturday\, \n\nSeptember 27 from 1-9:30 p.m. Bring your family and friends to celebrate Glenview's aviation \n\nhistory and take a walk down memory lane! Flight Fest kicks off at 1 p.m. with a special \n\nrecognition ceremony honoring the past and present men and women in the United States Armed \n\nForces. From 1-6 p.m.\, participate in Glenview Jr. Flight Academy kids' activities\, Eurobungy\, \n\ninflatables\, rock climbing wall\, hot air balloon and much more. In addition\, there will be a \n\ntraveling naval base museum with historical photos and memorabilia\, along with viewings of the\n\nfeature film\, "Wings Over Glenview."
