DESCRIPTION:You can't stop Santa\, so it's time for a Holiday Drive Thru Event!\n\n \n\nYes - we are going to hold a holiday event this year but\, it will be a fun different event. For those of you who attended or were in Glenview's 4th of July parade\, ours will look like that. It's a reverse or static parade where our floats are stationary and the attendees will drive the "parade route" to view the fun. With this safe format\, people stay in their cars so the coffee\, cookies\, pizza\, popcorn\, stations won't be there this year. We won't have hayrides or train rides this year\, but we will have Santa on his float to kick off the parade! He will have a present for the kids to enjoy. We will be in the parking spaces opposite Jackman Park and our attendees will come south on Lehigh Avenue from Washington Street to Glenview Road.\n\n\n\nAfterwards\, continue your experience on Glenview Road stroll the street\, shop and eat. Vote for your favorite decorated window and enter to win a prize. More details coming soon!\n\n \n\nIt wouldn't be the Glenview Holiday event without you! Please come join us as a stationary "float" That means you will have 10 feet to park a car or set up a tent or just come in costume and wave to the cars driving by. You could set up to play some holiday music or sing carols. And there will be 10 feet between you and your closest float neighbor. We hope that you want to join us again on Saturday\, November 28th!
