DESCRIPTION:FlavorPot chefs will teach us how to make this antioxidant powerhouse of a salad\n\n\n\n Strawberry Kale Salad \n\nA antioxidant powerhouse of a salad\, made with fresh ingredients including kale\, strawberries\, avocados and mint\, and tossed with a homemade strawberry balsamic vinaigrette.  Demo will include knife skills\, homemade dressing tips to add flavor and nutrition tidbits.\n\n \n\nWe will then feast on the following while networking:\n\nRoasted Vegetable Flatbread \n\nDelicious flatbread wth roasted vegetable such as zucchini\, mushrooms\, and onions topped with cheese and a balsamic reduction\n\n \n\nOatmeal or Chocolate Chip Cookies\n\n \n\n\n\nThe Lunch and Learn Series will be conducted by local business experts\, Chamber board members and our Chamber partners.\n\n\n\nThe series will feature a wide variety of topics that are helpful for anyone involved with a business\, from owners and managers to entry-level employees.
