SPENGA is a boutique gym concept combining three essential elements of fitness to create a high intensity, low impact, interval-training workout. Providing a concept delivering cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility, training in every session through a combination of spin, strength-training, and yoga. Skilled personal trainers lead each session, beginning with 20 minutes of spin on cutting-edge clip-in stationary bikes, followed by 20 minutes of strength training incorporating weights, kettle bells and more, and finishing with 20 minutes of power flow yoga.
