About Us
For over 30 years, North Shore Dance & Theater has been a cherished part of the North Shore Chicago community since 1994. As a family-oriented nonprofit, we are dedicated to providing a welcoming space where children of all backgrounds and abilities can thrive. While we continue to offer pre-professional training in dance, theater, and the related arts, our current focus is on children's theater, welcoming performers ages 5-18 of all skill levels. We believe in building community, fostering creativity, and celebrating each individual’s unique talent. At NSDT, kids can express themselves, make lifelong friendships, and be part of a supportive, family-friendly environment where they can grow!
