Laughter Yoga
In this playful and energetic Yoga session, children will explore the joy of laughter through exciting activities that blend deep breathing, playful movements, and silly laughter exercises. This workshop is designed to boost happiness, reduce stress, and build confidence. (Grades 3-5)
