Ages 14+ Participants learn age-appropriate, real-world techniques including situational awareness, distance management, escapes, and control skills through interactive drills and partner activities in a safe, supportive environment. Open to all experience levels, with parents encouraged to join alongside their teen during the 14+ workshops.
