Sound Bath & Neurographic Art Experience
A sound bath uses soothing vibrations from bowls, gongs, and chimes to calm the mind, release tension, and promote deep relaxation. Neurographic Art uses simple lines and colors to reduce stress, calm the mind, and inspire creativity.
