Walk to End Alzheimer's - Walk Celebration Party
We are excited to celebrate an incredible 2024 Walk Season across Lake County and the North Shore!
The Walk Committees along with our co-host, CJE SeniorLife invite you to join us.
This event is open to those who participated this year, in years past, or wish to be involved in the future!
In addition to a short program about the Alzheimer’s Association, you can expect to hear some wonderful stories from our walks and also celebrate some of our participants and volunteers who helped it all come together!
