Empower Glenview: Solving Challenges, Growing Businesses

The Glenview Chamber of Commerce is excited to introduce Empower Glenview, a free program designed to help local business leaders overcome challenges and foster growth. The first session, sponsored by the Glenview Public Library, will take place on Monday, May 5, 2025. Lindsey Dorfman, Executive Library Director, expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration, highlighting the library's commitment to connecting entrepreneurs with valuable resources and expert guidance.

Becky Thalmann will serve as the Business Coach in Residence leading these transformative coaching sessions throughout 20245. She is the founder of Vivica Partners, a Life & Business Strategist, a Certified Professional Coach, and a Transformational Leadership Expert. This program is designed to empower Glenview entrepreneurs to take immediate, impactful actions, equipping them with essential tools and strategies. Becky will help business owners develop personalized solutions, create effective frameworks, and facilitate shared learning to drive sustainable change. Peer collaboration is encouraged to create a supportive environment to tackle today’s dynamic business challenges.
