Inside Out

Adolescents are under more and more pressure to look a certain way. The YMCA has teamed up with the Center for Discovery to give parents and adolescents the skills to build healthy body image. Parents will hear from Dr. Erin Terada about encouraging healthy self image in their child while the teens participate in fun, hands on activities promoting healthy self image. After a snack, families will work together on a plan of how they will support and encourage each other in being healthy from the inside out.$10
