Whole Foods Northbrook Community Day

Whole Foods Market Northbrook hosts a Community Support Day, when five percent of the day’s sales at this store location will benefit the local non-profit, The Arts of Life.
To raise funds which will support The Arts of Life’s North Shore Studio and be used to purchase art supplies and support the day-to-day operations.
 
Whole Foods Market Northbrook is proud to support this local non-profit as part of its mission to give back to the community, where the store has had roots since 2007.  Opened in the North Shore (Glenview) since 2010, The Arts of Life is a professional art studio that supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to explore the arts. Current mediums include painting, drawing, photography, printmaking, mixed media, fiber art, and music.
Grocery dollars go farther at Whole Foods Market Northbrook on August 11th, when customers have an extra rewarding reason to shop: five percent of the store’s total sales on that day will be donated to The Arts of Life.

Meet members of The Arts of Life’s North Shore Studio at their table inside the store to learn about their work (11:00am-2:00pm) and browse a special exhibition of artwork (available all day).
