Primary Responsibilities:
- Design a fun & engaging Little Ninjas curriculum
- Mentor & lead Little Ninjas coaching staff
- Build lasting relationships with young athletes and parents
- Develop a positive and inclusive program culture
- Passion for working with young children (Ages 3-6)
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Patient, encouraging, and high-energy personality
- Active & capable of leading kids on the floor
