🐶 THE JOB
Our caregivers provide daily hands-on care for our rescue dogs, including:
• Cleaning kennels and maintaining the shelter
• Feeding, walking, exercising & enriching dogs
• Monitoring health and behavior
• Laundry, dishes and general cleaning
• Assisting with medications
• Safely handling dogs of all sizes, breeds & temperaments
• Supporting adopters, volunteers and fellow staff
⏰ SHIFTS
🌅 Morning: 6:30 AM–1:00 PM
☀️ Afternoon: 1:00 PM–8:00 PM
We're looking for dependable team members who can commit beyond just the summer.
🐾 THE HIRING EVENT
This is hands-on! You'll work alongside our staff, interact with our dogs and get a feel for what the job actually entails — so come prepared to get dirty!
👖 Long pants required
👟 Closed-toe shoes required
👕 Wear comfortable clothes you don't mind getting dirty
🔞 Must be 18+ and complete a liability waiver
