FlavorPot chefs will teach us how to make this antioxidant powerhouse of a salad

​Strawberry Kale Salad
A antioxidant powerhouse of a salad, made with fresh ingredients including kale, strawberries, avocados and mint, and tossed with a homemade strawberry balsamic vinaigrette.  Demo will include knife skills, homemade dressing tips to add flavor and nutrition tidbits.
 
We will then feast on the following while networking:
Roasted Vegetable Flatbread 
Delicious flatbread wth roasted vegetable such as zucchini, mushrooms, and onions topped with cheese and a balsamic reduction
 
Oatmeal or Chocolate Chip Cookies
 

The Lunch and Learn Series will be conducted by local business experts, Chamber board members and our Chamber partners.
