Pantry Palooza: Party for the Pantry Musicfest
The Northfield Township Food Pantry Auxiliary Board, in partnership with the Glenview Chamber of Commerce and with the support of Rock Star Sponsors GHP Group, Wintrust Community Banks and Underwriters Laboratories, will be hosting the 3rd annual Pantry Palooza: Party for the Pantry Musicfest on Saturday, June 29th. The event will be held following Glenview Summerfest from 5:30 pm – 10:30 pm in the downtown Glenview Metra parking lot located at Washington Street and Lehigh Avenue.
For just $10 cash per person, attendees will enjoy live music, dancing and local food. This year’s music lineup includes 97Nine, the Victor Brown Band, and Ana and the Elephants. Food provided by Riobamba, along with beer, wine, water and soft drinks, will be available for purchase.
All proceeds benefit the Northfield Township Food Pantry, a client choice food pantry that provides assistance to over 560 households in Glenview, Northbrook and Northfield. Food insecurity is a critical issue that many Northfield Township residents face year-round. The Pantry encourages township residents to come rock the night away and support its belief that “Hunger is Unacceptable in Our Community.” The Northfield Township Food Pantry established the music festival three years ago to bring its citizens together to have fun while making a difference in the lives of their neighbors.
Pantry Palooza: Party for the Pantry Musicfest is made possible due to the support of our sponsors A. Perry Homes, Autohaus on Edens, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services KoenigRubloff Realty Group, Daniel Creaney Civil Engineering Company, Glenview State Bank, Nolan and Freund Dental Professionals and US Bank.
